PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Village of Gowanda Board of Trustees will hold a public hearing on Tuesday December 14th at 6:05 PM in the Municipal Building, 27 East Main St, Gowanda NY 14070. All interested parties will be heard.
The public hearing is required by law and provides an opportunity for public comment on the proposed adoption of Opting out of Adult Use Cannabis Retail Dispensaries and On- Site Consumption Sites.
