Residents an also take their garbage/recyclables to the Dayton Transfer Station, 9270 Cabic Road, Dayton, NY  14041. /dump tickets are needed for garbage and can be purchased at the Persia Town Hall.  Recycling is free.

Gowanda Sewage Treatment Plant Recyclable Area:  Metal and plastic recyclables can be taken to the Gowanda Sewage Treatment Plant on Aldrich Street.

Monday and Wednesday  8 am – 11 am and 1pm -3 pm                    Saturdays 8 am – 10 am
